Join us for this virtual workshop to enhance connectedness, provide advocacy, and create space to cope with challenges specific to LGBTQIA+ identity.
The LGBTQIA+ community is endlessly resilient, and yet, COVID-19 has shed light on the many public health disparities for minoritized communities. Folks who identify as LGBTQIA+ are particularly vulnerable as we adapt to social distancing and self-isolation, and perhaps face greater challenges finding support. Micol Garinkol, ICC Office Supervisor, will facilitate a workshop to enhance connectedness, provide advocacy, and create space to cope with challenges specific to LGBTQIA+ identity. *One-on-one meetings via most online platforms, or by phone, are also available for students who feel more comfortable in that setting.
