Learn more about applying to physician assistant programs and life at Stanford’s Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies Program. Will Reeves ’16 will share his unique experiences.
Hailing in from Claremont, CA, Will Reeves attended Occidental College where he majored in Kinesiology, conducted hematology research, and played on Oxy’s football team. In his free time, he enjoys volunteering with @peace4kids and @healingheartsacrossborders. After graduating from Oxy, he and his research team discovered a novel anticoagulant they named after the school called “Occipodin” which was later presented at the American Society of Hematology. After research, Will took a bit of a detour from medicine and became an entrepreneur. He prototyped a community-based health mobile app called @spotterhub focused on connecting like-minded individuals with similar fitness goals.
Aside from his classmates, Will’s favorite part of Stanford’s MSPA program is the opportunity to take electives at the other grad schools. He has an interest in biodesign in digital health and hopes to enhance his clinical work with technology at Stanford.
