What is ISP?
Beginning this semester, Occidental will commence work on a highly collaborative strategic planning process that will result in a compelling vision and a corresponding set of institutional priorities that will propel Occidental through 2030. Read more about the plan.
What will we talk about at a Community Input Session?
President Elam and the ISP Steering Committee will give a brief overview of the process. Then we’ll ask you some questions about Oxy that will help the Steering Committee with the planning.The steering committee seeks input on a range of areas, including broad questions such as:
- What issues related to the student experience do you think Oxy must address over the term of this strategic plan?
- What “big ideas” do you think could be transformative for Oxy over the next five years?
