What does well-being mean to you?

While well-being is unique to everyone, I see it as not just the absence of illness or distress but rather the active experience of positive emotions, satisfaction, and high quality of life. This is influenced by and influences every aspect of life.

What drew you to becoming a Peer Health Educator?

My passion for public health initially drew me to becoming a peer health educator, in addition to being able to make a positive impact on the well-being of the Oxy community.

What’s your favorite thing about Oxy?

My favorite thing about Oxy is the student body's commitment to social justice and inclusivity as well as our tight-knit community -- not just among the students but also faculty, staff, and administration.
