What does well-being mean to you?

Well-being to me is about finding a balance between the many stressful aspects of life (physical, mental, emotional, and social). Setting goals that align with my values, pursuing activities that bring me joy, and continuously seeking personal growth and development.

What drew you to becoming a Peer Health Educator?

I was drawn to becoming a peer health educator because I never had one. As an athlete, I go through many challenges mentally and physically and if I had something similar to a peer health mentor, I believe I could have overcome those challenges easier.

What’s your favorite thing about Oxy?

My favorite thing about Oxy is the community, the people on campus are incredibly supportive and welcoming.
