Senior Fellow (she/her)

Frannie is a senior from the Bay Area, California, majoring in Media Arts and Culture with minors in Education and East Asian Studies. She loves doing research, and after completing her first Critical Media Studies comprehensive on the meta-narrative impacts of English comments on non-western Street Food Videos, chose to continue her work with an honors project on Mukbang videos and the spectacle of eating for the camera. She is passionate about education at all levels and has spent much of her time in college studying the inequalities of the k-12 education system. Now, being a senior fellow and a student representative for the Board of Trustees' Student Life and Enrollment Management committee has allowed her to involve herself in the workings of higher education, preparing her to fulfill her career goal of being an educator herself. When she's off campus, Frannie loves to go to art museums, go on hikes, and eat good food.
