Dr. Amanda E. Rogers is a Fellow at The Century Foundation, and Visiting Assistant Professor of Middle East Studies at Hobart and William Smith Colleges. Rogers is an activist, artist, academic, and internationally recognized expert on transnational Non-State Armed Groups, political violence and propaganda, from ISIS to Neo Nazis.
