You won’t find high-rise residence halls at Oxy. Our average hall has just 68 rooms, so most programs have an entire building to themselves. The result? A friendly and convenient experience for guests, and an easy-to-manage environment for program staff.
Housing options include traditional-style halls with communal restrooms, or hotel-style housing with private baths in each room. Single, double, and triple occupancy rooms are available. All residence halls have shared lounge areas and laundry facilities, and there is a microwave and mini-fridge in every guest room.
Meal Plans & Catering
Room & Board packages include 3 meals daily, served in our Marketplace dining facility. The Marketplace offers a wide selection including pasta, grilled items, sandwiches, soup, salads, and baked goods daily. Vegetarian, vegan, and options for special diets are always available. A full-service in-house catering program offers options ranging from boxed meals and make-your-own ice cream sundae bars, to barbecues and celebratory dinners.
Activity & Event Space
Oxy offers a variety of spaces to meet your program needs, from classrooms and lecture halls, to multi-purpose rooms and green space. Most facilities include presentation technology for your use. All classroom and meeting facilities are air conditioned and located near housing and dining areas.
